Our instructor training/train the trainer courses are designed to provide you with the skills which will assist you to make your training delivery a success. They cover such areas as roles & responsibilities within teaching, safe & supportive learning environments, inclusive teaching and learning and assessing learning.

Our courses also provide opportunities for you to apply what you are learning through exercises such as the preparation and delivery of microteaching sessions.

We offer accredited instructor courses such as the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, as well as subject-specific courses such as Manual Handling Train the Trainer and Evacuation Chair Instructor training. We have also worked closely with a number of clients to develop bespoke instructor courses and training programs.

All courses can be delivered in-house at your premises on dates to suit you, subject to minimum numbers attending.
