In order for training to be beneficial, it needs to be informative, relevant and engaging. Whilst a good subject knowledge is important, there are many other factors that contribute to successful teaching. Our instructor training/train the trainer courses are designed to provide you with the skills which will assist you to make your training delivery a success, covering such areas as roles & responsibilities within teaching, safe & supportive learning environments, inclusive teaching and learning and assessing learning.
Our courses also provide opportunities for you to apply what you are learning through exercises such as the preparation and delivery of microteaching sessions.
Our Train the Trainer Options
We offer accredited instructor courses such as the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and the Level 3 Award in Delivering Training, as well as subject-specific courses such as Manual Handling Train the Trainer a
nd Evacuation Chair Instructor training. We have also worked closely with a number of clients to develop bespoke instructor courses and training programs.
These courses are usually delivered in-house at your premises on dates to suit you, subject to minimum numbers attending. Subject to demand, we do schedule some of the Level 3 accredited courses at our comfortable Sunderland venue, which is close to Newcastle, Durham and readily accessible from all areas of the North East.
