The course was ran exceptionally well from joining up to the last day. All information needed for the course was sent well in advance. I found the course and our facilitator both informative and interesting. As it took place over Teams it was good to have the break out groups so that the other participants felt comfortable in responding to questions.

It has clarified my understanding of risk assessment and how to manage the hierarchy so that incidents are dealt with effectively due to having robust plans in place.
