We are pleased to add a new course to our e learning portfolio – Awareness of Menopause in the Workplace.
This short, interactive course is ideal for supervisors and managers who want to better understand and support team members and all employees to raise awareness and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
The course covers:
- the menopause and its symptoms – including its stages and the common physical and emotional symptoms individuals may experience
- the impact on work performance – including concentration, confidence, attendance and productivity
- how to create a supportive work environment to support inclusion.
The course takes an average of 20 minutes to complete and is compatible with most popular desktops, tablets and mobiles. At the end of the training, learners can download a certificate of completion.
Awareness of Menopause in the Workplace: special introductory price
The course is usually £17.50 + VAT, but until 31st August 2025, we are offering the course for £10 + VAT per person. This price includes a unique learner username and password to log into the system along with the e learning programme.
