During the lock down, the Health and Safety Executive announced an extension to First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work certificates that expired on or after 16th March. Initially for 3 months, this was then extended further. In order to qualify, a learner had to be able to explain why they had not been able to requalify and demonstrate what steps they had taken to access the training, if asked to do so.

As training resumes, the HSE have made clear that the final deadline for requalification (in England) is now 30th September 2020. Their full guidance regarding first aid during the outbreak can be found here.

We currently have availability on a number of our August and September courses, ideal for those who still need to renew their certificates:

First Aid at Work Requalification / Revalidation
