These courses are held at our comfortable training venue in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, readily accessible from all areas of the North East of England.

COVID-19 measures & alternative training options

The safety of our learners and trainers is our priority and we want everyone to feel reassured when training with us. We have COVID-19 measures in place such as keeping group numbers small to enable social distancing and pre packing equipment at least 3 days prior to a course.

We’re also aware that restrictions could have an impact on training schedules and we will do all we can to keep any disruptions to a minimum and, where possible, offer alternative methods to assist learners to still achieve qualifications. For example:

• For some regulated qualifications we can offer an e learning and Qualify at Home package allowing learners the convenience and reassurance of achieving their accredited qualification without having to attend classroom sessions.  Further information regarding these can be found here.
• We have approval to deliver training for some courses using Zoom. Depending on the qualification, assessments can then be accessed remotely or taken at a later date when invigilated examinations are permitted.
• For a number of our courses, we can offer e learning or distance learning solutions.

Don’t forget that all of the courses listed can be delivered at your own venue and we have a range of other courses available as in-house training – from manual handling awareness, fire safety awareness and the Level 2 Award in Food Safety (catering and manufacturing) to bespoke food safety and health and safety training developed by working closely with you to determine your requirements.
